Asked each of you to come here tonight … cuz we have a FUN problem / challenge.
•Because our offerings this year have been what we projected …
•Because this spring we received a sizable one-time donation above and beyond our expected contributions for this year…
•That leaves us currently with surplus of about $25K
•we / the Board … do not want to hoard it … we want to wisely invest it into the Kingdom
•One of the thoughts of the Board was to seek the input from other leaders in the church.

•What does your current ministry need to step it up to the next level?

oWhat dreams and wishes do you hear from the congregation about additional ministries in which LVC should/could be involved. We do not believe that we can promise long term funding, but do believe we can do a number of “one shot” cash impetuses to jumpstart someone’s new ministry.

•In which charitable causes/people would you like to see us make investments?

Not here to arrive at decisions.
•This is input / dreaming / listening to each other.
